  • Minimum Order Value is 130€ (Except Offshore service orders, Same day Delivery Express Delivery and Night & Day menu)

  • All offshore orders delivered the next day must be placed before 14h00 CET. For same day delivery orders please check with us by phone, email or WhatsApp – we will do our best to accommodate your request

  • All orders must be paid by credit card or PayPal either in full or with a 30% advance at the moment of order. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or credit card at the moment of delivery. Goods should be paid in full before are hand over to the customer.

  • An order is accepted by Market55 only when confirmed and paid in full. Orders can be placed up to one month in advance and cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the delivery date. In this case, Market55 will refund the full amount. If the order is not cancelled within 3 days of the delivery date, no refund will be made

  • Payments can be made online or by phone with major credit cards, PayPal or cash

  • In case the customer faces connections problem, by calling our customer service or sending an email to myorder@market55ibiza.com, we can create a customer account, process the order, validate the basket and confirm the payment.  The customer must provide bank details, delivery address and time

  • In case one of the ordered products is out of stock, it will be replaced by a similar one

  • Customer must ensure that somebody will be receiving the goods at the pre-arranged time, in order to avoid food deterioration and for safety reasons as well. If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery time to receive the order, our customer service will contact the customer to re-schedule another delivery time and apply a “no-show” surcharge of 20€

  • If our Prices are Inclusive of Vat., MARKET55 reserves the right to change prices without notice
